Adriana M. Nuneva
Founder of NEOVISTA, Senior Advisor Digital & AI-powered growth
As founder of NEOVISTA, Adriana M. Nuneva advises mid-sized companies on digital and AI-powered growth. She focuses on measurable results, clear structures and customer-centric processes.
Before starting NEOVISTA, she served as Chief Digital Officer, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at CWS/Haniel. There she led a group-wide digital transformation program, based on a full digital readiness assessment.
She redesigned the go to market model, introduced a modern tech stack and omni channel approach for marketing, sales, customer service and built a digital marketing, sales and customer service engine that significantly increased productivity and growth.
Prior to that, she held global leadership roles in marketing, sales and digital transformation for TE Connectivity and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, always, aligning international teams and markets along customer centricity , growth, processes and measurable results.
Across these roles, she brings more than 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of marketing, sales, digital transformation and intercultural management.

Heike Seltmann is a senior B2B sales leader with more than 20 years of international experience. She specializes in transforming traditional sales organizations into modern, digital and data‑driven growth engines -combining strategy, commercial excellence and strong leadership.
Since 2007, she has played a key role in shaping the sales strategy at CWS, holding regional, national and international leadership roles. Her responsibilities ranged from driving new business development to leading international new business across 15 countries.
As Group Director Sales, she successfully scaled a hybrid sales model across all business units. In 2023, she became Chief Commercial Officer Workwear of CWS Workwear International and was part of the executive leadership team.
Before joining CWS, she gained extensive experience in B2B sales and key account management at Vodafone.
Today, she also speaks on modern B2B sales, hybrid selling and digital transformation in sales. Her leadership style is clear, hands‑on and people‑focused - driven by passion, speed and a strong belief in data‑based decision‑making.

Katharina Stein
Senior Marketing Leader, Digital & Brand Strategy Expert
Katharina Stein is a senior marketing leader with more than 17 years of experience in international companies and agencies. She links brand management, digital marketing and customer experience to drive measurable growth and clear positioning. She combines strategic thinking with strong execution, data-driven decisions and a collaborative leadership style.
She currently leads digital marketing at HYTING GmbH and focuses on digital strategy, campaigns, UX optimisation and KPI-based reporting. Before that, she built and led the Website & Customer Experience team at CWS International and acted as Product Owner for the web platform, social media channels and analytics tools.
Earlier roles at CWS, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and marketing agencies sharpened her profile in brand communications, product launches, dealer marketing and integrated campaigns. Her background as Diplom-Betriebswirtin and further training in digital change, AI and project management round off her profile as a modern marketing and digital leader.
